Psych Testing and Diagnostic Assessments

Greenhouse Therapy Center offers skillful and highly individualized diagnostic psychological and psychoeducational testing for children, adolescents, and adults to provide recommendations that help target treatment planning and life planning. Our evaluations can help to assign or clarify certain diagnoses, including a specific learning disorder, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, mood, and behavior disorders. We integrate a large array of 1:1 testing results with qualitative data to make specific recommendations for adaptations or accommodations to support you in your particular situation at home, work, and/or school.

Testing can determine:

  • Cognitive/Intellectual functioning

  • Developmental functioning

  • Academic skills

  • Attention/Concentration

  • Visual/Motor functioning

  • Social functioning

  • Behavioral functioning

  • Emotional functioning

  • Personality functioning

Testing typically takes 15-30 service hours, including a 60-minute clinical interview, 3-12 direct testing hours, 1-3 hours consultation and records review, 5-10 administrative hours, and a 90-minute feedback session. At the end of your assessment, you will receive a detailed comprehensive report including a summary of relevant background information, a description of the assessment protocol, results from all tests administered, a thorough clinical interpretation of the findings (including possible diagnoses), clinical referrals, and recommendations to support treatment and better living.
