Ashley Mink, M.A., AMFT
Ashley received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, she specializes in spirituality, depth psychology and life transitions. Her other specialities include anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, and autism spectrum disorder. She has had success treating children, teens, and adults facing these issues by using an embodied and holistic approach, informed by her practice in yoga and meditation. She draws from mindfulness-based CBT, DIR/Floortime, psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based approaches to cater sessions to each client’s unique and individual needs.
Life transitions can be difficult and scary; change often brings up feelings of anxiety and fear that can seem overwhelming. But you do not have to face them alone. Ashley provides a safe space to feel, process, and integrate change. Her goal is to help support you through life’s challenging moments and equip you with a set of tools to increase self-awareness, face difficult emotions, develop healthy loving relationships, and make more mindful choices.
