Bethany Ling, M.A.

bethany photoBethany is a pre-intern at Greenhouse Therapy Center, who utilizes a warm and empathic approach to facilitate relationships with her clients. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to help them gain deeper understanding of themselves. She works from relational Psychodynamic and Client-Centered perspectives, which allow therapy to be shaped by the unique relationship formed with each client. She is also trained in a variety of modalities including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, and TLDP. 


Bethany has spent the last three years working in a variety of contexts with diverse client populations and various mental health concerns including: depression, anxiety, relational distress, self-esteem, identity concerns, spiritual concerns, cultural identity, stress, and life transitions. She also has experience in providing pediatric neuropsychological assessment services, working with a variety of neurodevelopment and learning differences including: Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, motor disorders, and speech/sound disorders. Whether through individual therapy or assessment, Bethany aims to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood on their journey towards healing.

 Bethany completed her Master of Arts in Psychology at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA, where she is now finishing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is supervised by Dr. Ryan Thomas (PSY 31026), a licensed clinical psychologist. She obtained training in multiple modalities at local training sites around Pasadena including Fuller Psychological and Family Services and Our Kids Developmental Services. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and when she’s not in the office, she enjoys going for walks, practicing yoga, singing, and caring for her house plants.
