Cambria Braun is a pre-intern at Greenhouse Therapy Center who utilizes a warm, empathic, and supportive approach with each individual to facilitate healing. Working relationally, she prioritizes building a secure relationship with each client as a means to effecting greater change in all facets of the client's life. She aims to create a safe and open space for you to feel heard and understood. She looks to help you feel connected with others and affirmed in your own unique strengths.
Cambria has spent her last three training years working in a variety of contexts, with a diverse client population and multitude of different mental health concerns. Some of these have included depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, parenting concerns, and identity and self-esteem concerns. She also has worked with a variety of neurodevelopmental and learning differences such as autism and ADD/ADHD, offering both therapeutic and assessment services. Whether through individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, or assessment, Cambria aims to help you gain a better and deeper sense of yourself and your own unique experiences to collaborate on your goals and continue to implement healthy and effective strategies for healing change.
Cambria completed her Master of Arts in Psychology at the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA, where she is now finishing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is supervised by Dr. Anthony Shacar (PSY 23798), a licensed psychologist. She has obtained focused training in multiple modalities at local training sites, around Pasadena, including Fuller Psychological Family Services, Psychology Resource Consultants, Synergy Psychological Inc., and Relate Therapy Center. She was born and raised in Southern California, and when not in the office she enjoys creating art, listening to music and going on walks.
