Eliud Tejada, MS

Eliud Tejada (he/him) is a registered Associate Marriage and Family therapist who fundamentally believes how we understand and relate to ourselves deeply impacts how we perceive the world and interact with those around us. Similarly, one’s past experiences and relationships can drastically affect one’s sense of self and safety in the world. Therapy is a place where individuals can begin to take steps toward exploring their own narratives and cultivate the tools necessary to navigate the stresses of life. As a therapist, I believe that as clients venture toward this journey of healing, it is my honor to come alongside them to help enact and cultivate change toward the better.

Eliud received his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary. He also holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Eliud enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples and he has worked in a variety of settings with a wide breadth of mental health disorders, namely within the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles.

He specializes in the areas of trauma, psychosis, grief, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. He is a level II certified Restoration Therapist and has experience with CBT, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Play Therapy. Eliud can also provide therapy in Spanish.
