Erin seeks to provide a warm and welcoming environment to all clients beginning their journey to better wellness. Starting the therapy process is a sign of strength and vulnerability. Erin believes that we all have the power to create change in our lives by allowing ourselves to see ourselves and be seen by others in our lives. It is Erin’s goal to help individuals explore patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating as well as the functions that these patterns serve. Erin helps to assess barriers for change, identify your strengths and resources, and practice new coping skills in order to help clients live a life of wellness.
Erin received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Eugene Oregon.
