Jean Darlae Yim, MA

Supervised Pre-doctoral Clinician

Jean Darlae Yim (she/her) is a pre-doctoral clinician. She approaches therapy from a relational, attachment-oriented, collaborative, warm, and empathetic posture. She seeks to build attuned and secure relationships with her clients and to offer holistic understanding and care. She believes that our narratives and ways of relating to ourselves and others have been developmentally shaped by our relationships and our humanity. Discovering these formative pieces is an important part of the work we engage in together in order to facilitate growth and healing.

Clinical Experience:
Jean Darlae is a doctoral student at the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is supervised by Dr. Ryan Thomas, a licensed psychologist. In addition to experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples in community mental health, she has received supervised training in neuropsychological assessment with children, adolescents, and adults, bringing greater understanding of how neurodevelopmental differences impact individuals and families.
