Kenedy Ramos, Psy.D. (they/them y elle/elles) is a multiracial Indigenous (now Mexico) and white, queer, genderqueer, neurodivergent, first gen registered postdoctoral psychological testing associate at Greenhouse Therapy Center. Their work prioritizes and emphasizes decolonized, liberating, and empowering psychological care and work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled adolescents and young adults. They utilize theory and practice from Black radical feminists, Indigenous storytellers, and abolitionists across the globe to inform their clinical, testing, and research practices.

Clinical Experience:
Dr. Ramos has worked with those across the lifespan with a specialization in working with adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings. Their training has ranged from schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient therapy, forensic settings, medical hospitals, community-based centers, shelters for the unhoused, and integrated behavioral health placements.

Publications:
Dr. Ramos’ past published projects include their doctoral dissertation, “Exploring Familial Racism in Multiracial (POC/non-POC) families,” their first authorship in the book, “Clinical Interventions for Internalized Oppression” and the chapter, “Treatment Planning,” and a recent publication in the second edition of the Oxford Handbook of Personality Assessment as a second author in the chapter titled, “Racial Identity, Gender Identity, Social Justice, and Assessment.”
