Nadine Bouz, PsyD

Licensed Psychologist
California Board of Psychology

Dr Nadine (she/her) is a licensed psychologist. Her approach to psychology is rooted in an attachment-based, holistic perspective, recognizing how early relationships shape emotional regulation and connection. She considers biopsychosocial factors like socioeconomic status, medical history, and cultural background to tailor evidence-based interventions, particularly cognitive-behavioral principles.

By exploring relational patterns, Dr Nadine helps clients understand their behaviors without shame or self-blame, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and healthier connections. She guides individuals in identifying and reshaping negative interaction cycles, deepening emotional bonds, and creating secure attachments. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, Dr Nadine empowers individuals to make informed choices, process emotions effectively, and build more fulfilling relationships. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and emotionally connected.

Clinical Experience:
Dr Nadine has had the privilege of working in various clinical settings, from private practice and community mental health clinics to hospitals and schools. Right now, at Greenhouse Therapy Center, she provides psychotherapy, conducts assessments, and writes reports. In the past, during her postdoctoral fellowship at Universal Psychological Services, she worked with clients, providing short-term therapy and helping individuals with workers' compensation claims. Dr Nadine also gained a lot of experience during her doctoral internship at Southwest Behavioral and Health Services, where she worked with people of all ages, facilitated family and group therapy, and co-led an Intensive Outpatient Program for teens struggling with substance use. Dr Nadine’s time at Fuller Psychological and Family Services and Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital gave her valuable experience in neuropsychological testing and pediatric psychology, along with a deepened understanding of working within a team. She’s also worked in nonprofit and school-based settings, providing therapy to children, teens, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Throughout all her roles, Dr Nadine has focused on providing compassionate care, collaborating with others, and adapting her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
