Alora Barrera (she/her/hers) is a licensed marriage and family therapist who firmly believes that her clients are the experts of their lives. Alora uses a client-centered and attachment-based focus to assist those she works with through the process of navigating struggles in life and relationships. Alora’s work as a therapist is informed by the belief that for us to heal, we must begin with an acceptance that our struggles are valid and deserving of attention. Alora strives to create an inclusive, affirmative space where client’s feel supported to speak their truth and her goal is to be an empathic witness to a client’s healing and provide a space for clients to continue their path to self-discovery.

Alora's experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings such as Outpatient Services, In-Home/Community Based Services, Residential Services, and WRAP Around Services. During her work in these locations, Alora has served a wide spectrum of clients including a variety of ages, backgrounds, and individual differences.
