Helen Jiang

Helen Jiang, MA

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
California Board of Behavioral Sciences

Helen (she/her) believes in using a client-centered approach to establish safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship. In following the client's lead, Helen hopes to strengthen their sense of empowerment in deciding how they want to approach their goals and/or concerns.

In addition to establishing good rapport between Helen as a clinician and her clients, her goal is for my clients to also develop a healthier and happier relationship with themselves and the people around them. In providing a welcoming and understanding space for clients to share about their lives, Helen hopes to offer the compassion and acceptance that encourages them to reciprocate that same kindness for themselves.

Clinical Experience:
Helen has worked with youth (ages 2-18) and their families across various settings. Helen provided school-based mental health services to students during her clinical practicum, and has prior experience working with children and families in other academic, clinical, and recreational settings. Helen is also trained to provide DIR/Floortime intervention to children with developmental delays and learning challenges. Helen also works with adults across various stages of life, processing new transitions as well as their previous lived experiences.
