Justin Solis (he/him) is a registered associate marriage and family therapist who understands that the complexities of life shape people differently. He works from a non-judgmental and compassionate lens to promote creativity, authenticity, and client strengths. Justin believes in the benefits of collaboration and building a strong therapeutic relationship to assist clients in identifying truths, exploring values, and actualizing goals. By approaching therapy through a client-focused perspective, he uses a combination of mindfulness, grounded techniques, and emotion-focused interventions to bring congruence with the body, mind, relationships, and action. His experience has led him to work with a diverse caseload. Justin has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples with a variety of mental health disorders in community-based psychotherapy settings. He is a RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) and has a background in ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) with children and adolescents.
