Dr Mollie (she/her) is a licensed psychologist specializing in testing. Her clinical approach to assessment is relational, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. She views assessments as a powerful tool to empower children and individuals, offering them a deeper understanding of their unique traits, challenges, and potential. Her work with families is collaborative, where she places a strong emphasis on integrating both strengths and areas of vulnerability in a holistic and compassionate manner. Her goal is to help children and families gain a deeper insight into themselves and develop a clear, actionable plan for support moving forward. This plan may include tailored strategies, accommodations, or therapeutic recommendations designed to empower the child to thrive and reach their fullest potential.

Clinical Experience:
Dr Mollie’s assessment training began during her doctoral program at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, where she gained experience administering comprehensive evaluations for children and teens as a clinical trainee at Fuller Psychological and Family Services. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at Loma Linda School of Medicine, where she conducted psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational evaluations for school-aged children who were receiving mental health treatment at their outpatient facilities. Following her internship, Dr Mollie continued to develop her assessment skills during her post-doctoral experience, providing evaluations at Greenhouse Therapy Center and in a local private practice in Pasadena, California.

Throughout her training, she has gained experience in evaluating a wide range of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Giftedness, Intellectual Disabilities, and Mood Disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and OCD.
