Post-doctoral Fellow/Psychological Associate
Greenhouse Therapy Center, established in 1991 by Dr. Andrea Davis, is adding members to our clinical team to meet the growing demand for psychological services. Our diverse team of passionate and committed clinicians is dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative, individualized care to their clients in just and inclusive ways in order to foster developmental and emotional growth. We prioritize developmental, relational, and neurobiologically-informed approaches to therapy in order to provide exemplary in-person and telehealth care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families.
We are a “Greenhouse for growing people,” meaning we are working on growing as clinicians in order to help grow our clients’ relational capacities. With this in mind, we strongly favor treatment and training approaches that prioritize developmental, individually-tailored, relationship-based methods of support. *Your application materials (e.g., your cover letter) should highlight how your background and skills are in line with relational psychodynamic approaches to therapy and self-reflective supervision. Second-round applicants will be observed applying their relational approach in a mock therapy situation.
We are seeking a Post-doctoral Fellow/Psychological Associate (PA) who:

The ideal candidate will (special consideration for items in bold):
Have experience providing specialized services in one or more of the following:
Psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, and/or developmental assessment
Trauma-informed therapies (e.g., EMDR, Havening, cognitive processing)
Child/adolescent assessment and therapy
Art/Music/Movement/Somatic therapy
Play therapy
LGBTQIA+ affirming care
Couples therapy, family therapy
Assessment and therapy for neurodivergent clients (especially. DIR/Floortime-informed therapy)
Clinical Supervision for pre-licensed therapists
Other areas of expertise and clinical focus
Demonstrate independent administrative/organizational skills
Be able to provide both in-person and telehealth services
Be able to provide client-facing services in the afternoons/evenings and on weekends
Have experience working with insurance/understand the complexities of insurance billing for those clients who use insurance
Demonstrate passion and initiative for innovating new programs, outreaches, and approaches to serving our community & clientele
What we expect from you:
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client service hours per week (building over the course of the first two months of employment, e.g., 3 sessions in the first week, 5 the second week, 8 the third week, 10 the fourth week and following)
Maintain responsibility for client records and ledger, including writing session notes, charging clients, recording payments, filing insurance claims, etc., in an accurate and timely manner
Attend weekly supervision meetings and meetings as requested by clinical leadership and administrative teams
Provide timely response to client and Greenhouse emails, phone calls, and other professional communications
Fulfill mandatory attendance in training opportunities, including biweekly clinical theory book group and DIR case consultation group

Pre-licensed employees receive weekly licensing-board-complaint supervision at a 1:10 hours ratio
All full-time (25+ client-facing hours) clinical employees receive:
W-2 employment; Greenhouse pays your Social Security, Medicare contribution, unemployment taxes, worker’s compensation insurance

Case consultation/collaboration available as needed from advanced colleagues

Compensation contingent upon number of/types of direct client services performed, level of experience, areas of specialization, and other metrics as discussed with clinical leadership.
Compensation:
Full time pay range: $61,703-$81,188 paid hourly (depending on level of specialized experience) plus benefits
