Psychological Assessment Specialist
Seeking a passionate, empathic, self-reflective, and growth-oriented licensed psychologist and/or post-doctoral fellow for a hybrid position on our growing psychological assessment team! Established in 1991 by Dr. Andrea Davis, Greenhouse Therapy Center, in Pasadena, CA, is a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and body-based clinicians committed to partnering with children, adults, parents, couples, and families to support them with the struggles they face while honoring their individual differences and needs. We are seeking a Psychological Assessment Specialist who:
Is a Licensed Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate holding a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
Has outstanding interpersonal skills of attunement, self-awareness, self-regulation
Demonstrates outstanding initiative and self-direction
Possesses outstanding administrative skills
Is computer literate in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar) and psychological assessment instrument software
The ideal candidate will:
Have extensive training and experience conducting psychodiagnostic assessments with children, adolescents, and adults
Possess training and experience administering, scoring, and interpreting common measures for intelligence (e.g., WISC, WAIS), academic skills (WJ-IV), attention/executive function (BRIEF, TOVA/CPT), developmental functioning (ADOS, ADI-R), and emotional/personality functioning (MMPI/Millon, Roberts, TAT)
Have prior experience working with children/adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences
Have prior experience working with clients suffering from trauma-related stress
Psychological Assessment Specialists on our team are responsible for the following duties:
Contacting, scheduling, conducting, and reporting on psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments of children, adolescents, adults.
Maintaining up-to-date training on assessment instruments administered and current best practices for psychological assessment.
Abiding by California law and psychologists’ ethics including maintaining confidentiality, test security, records privacy, communication with clients, communication with employer about any personal limitations or difficulties, threat assessment and child abuse reporting in cooperation with employer.
Care and management of testing materials, including letting the Office Manager know when testing forms are low in supply or needing to be ordered.

Work schedule:
We offer a flexible work schedule according to your personal needs, with a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. We are seeking a minimum of 15 hours per week, some of which would need to be in-person for the administration of some assessments.
Compensation:
Post-doctoral Fellow: $37.50-$47.50/clinical hour (inclusive of related administrative duties), depending on experience level
Licensed Psychologist: $63.75-$80/clinical hour (inclusive of related administrative duties), depending on experience, plus opportunities to supervise for additional pay
Case consultation/collaboration/trainings available from stellar colleagues at Greenhouse Therapy Center
