Dr. Rheanna Goscha (she/her) is a Post-Doctoral Psychological Associate whose therapeutic approach and assessment work is grounded in a developmental, trauma-informed, and relationship-based framework. Her approach integrates curiosity, attunement, and collaborative problem-solving to understand each client’s unique neurodevelopmental profile and lived experience. In both assessment and therapy, Rheanna strives to create a validating, compassionate environment that promotes safety, self-understanding, and growth. She values supervision and consultation as essential components of clinical development and believes that reflective, team-based practice enhances the quality of care for clients and families. Guided by a neuro-affirming and culturally responsive lens, Rheanna is dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of all individuals to help them thrive across settings.
Clinical Experience:
Dr. Rheanna has developed a broad range of clinical experience across school, community mental health, and clinical training settings during her graduate training at the University of Colorado, Denver. She has provided therapeutic and assessment services to children, adolescents, and families presenting with a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. Rheanna completed her clinical externship with Mental Health Partners, where she provided individual and family therapy using cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, play-based, and solution-focused approaches while integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks. Through her doctoral internship in Cherry Creek School District, she conducted comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, developed intervention plans, and supported students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Rheanna’s advanced assessment training includes cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and neurodevelopmental evaluations using a wide range of standardized tools. Her experience reflects a deep commitment to culturally responsive, neuro-affirming, and developmentally sensitive care.
